Exchange Square in the heart of Birmingham on the Masshouse development, is a mixed use scheme comprising of a 235 Bedroom Hotel, 184 one and 191 two bedroom build to rent flats, along with mixed use retail units all  acheiving BREEAM very good rating.

Working closely with Stephenson Hamilton Risley architects and McAleer & Rushe contractors, we are supplying over 1500 Shadelux Roller blinds throughout manufactured in our own premises in Staffordshire. Soler shading formed a part of the process in achieving BREEAM Very Good, and working with both above mentioned parties and the client Grainger, chose a sustainable, recyclable fabric to help with glare and thermal gain.
