The refurbishment and extension of the Grade II listed 79-83 Colmore Row breathes new life into the office building and is an important addition to the historic buildings of the City. The repurposing of the building to provides more lettable floorspace and modern amenities, whilst sensitively preserving its historic attributes.

Original, architecturally significant features, such as columns, cornices and panelling have been gracefully retained, highlighting the building’s distinct heritage.
